Go see them if you get a chance, they are in the window of what used to be Caprial’s Restaurant at 7015 SE Milwaukie Ave. next to Stars Antiques. I found out from Chris Willis that the timers come on around 4:50 and stay on till midnight and that he highly recommends seeing them lit up - “it’s how they’re meant to be viewed”.
